BAKED BREAKFAST BAR

INGREDIENTS

​

3 bananas mashed

115g smooth peanut butter (warmed in microwave)

40g sugar

40g apple sauce

115ml almond milk

165g oats

1tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

150g vegan chocolate chips

​

METHOD

​

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl & mix well.

  2. Spoon into cubes & press down into corners, level out etc.

  3. Bake at 160C fan assisted or 180C for 45-60 mins.

  4. Remove from oven & allow to cool before turning out of cubes.
