BAKED BREAKFAST BAR

INGREDIENTS

3 bananas mashed
115g smooth peanut butter (warmed in microwave)
40g sugar
40g apple sauce
115ml almond milk
165g oats
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
150g vegan chocolate chips

METHOD
​

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl & mix well.

Spoon into cubes & press down into corners, level out etc.
-
Bake at 160C fan assisted or 180C for 45-60 mins.
-
Remove from oven & allow to cool before turning out of cubes.
